All frames are Canadian hardwood construction, corner-blocked, doweled, screwed and glued for extra durability.

The Spring Construction
With the exception of motion furniture and some contemporary models all Ferretti frames are fitted with a unique Flex-Coil spring unit. The detailed construction of this unit allows for independent suspension and enhanced seating comfort.

The Foam
All Ferretti foam is manufactured using an environmentally friendly process void of any ozone depleting CFC's. The foam is then wrapped with Dacron polyester. The Renaissance series cushions are filled with real down feathers to offer maximum comfort.

Sewing
Only first quality bonded nylon threads are used by qualified sewing machine operators. Where a double stitch is used, the seam is backed with a cotton ribbon for added strength.
