Where is Coulter's Furniture Located? |

We are located in downtown Windsor Ontario, approx.
2 minutes from the Windsor / Detroit tunnel exit.

What are the advantages of buying furniture
from a Canadian Furniture Retailer? |

Canada has many high quality furniture
manufacturers. Most of them can be purchased for less at
Coulter's as opposed to the U.S.A.

Do I have to pay sales tax in Ontario? |

U.S. residents who take purchases back to the U.S.A.
can have the sales tax rebated to them by the Canadian
Government. If Coulter's Furniture delivers the
furniture to you in the U.S.A., there will be no sales
tax charged at the time of the purchase.

Will I be charged duty when I bring my
purchase back to the U.S.A.? |

No. There is no duty on furniture which is made in
North America.

Does your store send out catalogues and
price lists of the furniture carried at Coulter's? |

No, we do not have store catalogues, and have only
limited amounts of manufacturer's brochures.

How difficult is it to pickup
my furniture purchase at Coulter's? |

Coulter's has many customers come from the U.S.A. to
pickup their purchases. Most items can fit in a van,
small truck, or U-Haul trailer. Our warehouse staff
inspects all pieces thoroughly with you, and will assist
you in the loading procedure.

Can I get prices from your
store on certain furniture pieces by phone or E-mail? |

Coulter's will quote a price if you are located in
our trading area of Windsor and Metro Detroit. We cannot
quote prices if you are located a further distance from
our location. |
